Joan was National Director and Head of Mortgage Valuation at Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Executive Director and Head of Valuation at Credo Valuation Services Pte Ltd and Director and Head of Valuation at CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd prior to Sterling Property Consultants Pte Ltd.
