Sandra has approximately 15 years leasing and valuation experience from work at Far East Organisation, Yumin Properties & Management Pte Ltd, Knight Frank Cheong Hock Chye & Baillieu and Colliers Jardine (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is a licensed appraiser and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
