Kwai Yuen has more than 20 years of real estate agencies and valuation experience from work at Knight Frank Cheong Hock Chye & Baillieu, Vantage Valuers and Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Vigers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Benchmark Real Estate, Colliers Jardine (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Credo Valuation Services Pte Ltd and Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is a licensed appraiser and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
