Joan has more than 20 years of real estate consultancy and valuation experience from work at TLB Management Services Pte Ltd, DBS Property Services Pte Ltd, CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Credo Valuation Services Pte Ltd and Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is a licensed appraiser and a member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
